This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for consultations, programs, and digital products purchased from Nourished with Ruchika Chawla. We aim to be fair and transparent while protecting the time and preparation that goes into personalized wellness services.
Consultation sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule, please contact our team as soon as possible. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or missed appointments without notice, may be considered a forfeited session and are typically non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted in cases of genuine emergencies at our discretion.
For multi-session programs or packages, you may request a cancellation within the first 7 days of purchase provided that no consultations have been delivered and no personalized materials have been shared. If a program has begun, we may offer a prorated credit based on the services already provided. Credits can be applied toward future consultations or products but are not redeemable for cash.
Digital products, including meal plans, guides, and downloadable resources, are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you encounter technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide an alternate access method.
Refunds for duplicate charges or billing errors will be processed once verified. We may request additional details to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Promotional offers, limited-time discounts, and bundled packages are subject to the specific terms listed at the time of purchase. If a special promotion includes a non-refundable clause, that clause will apply. We encourage you to review program descriptions carefully and reach out with questions before finalizing your purchase.
